Dr. David Villanueva also helps people understand their personal health and medical information. He is an expert in clearly explaining difficult or confusing topics, especially when relating to health and medical issues. He is a natural health advocate and also teaches boxing & fitness.

As a teenager, he competed in amateur boxing and was a Regional Golden Gloves Champion. He later earned a Cross Country scholarship and helped his college team win the State Championship for the first time.

Dr. David has been coaching & training people in boxing fitness since June 2023 and became a Certified USA Boxing Coach in May 2024. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family, going to the park, reading, and learning new things.
